Welcome to the Shorewood Animal Hospital!  We gladly welcome new clients and patients.

Please feel free to stop by our lobby or call us at 414-962-6662 to get acquainted with us and schedule an initial appointment.

 

Please submit your New Client Form through our website or fill it out in person at the time of your first appointment.

 

If you have any previous records for your pet, please bring them in with you for us to review or have them faxed to us at 414-962-8230.

 

Please call to speak with one of the staff if you have questions or concerns prior to your first visit.  Hopefully our website will give you a chance to get acquainted with all that we have to offer. We are here to make your experience as pleasant as possible and hope that we can earn your faith and trust.

Payment is expected when services are rendered. In order to focus on our patients' needs, customer service, and minimizing costs, we do not bill.

2. Checks (with proper ID)

3. Cash
