


Dr. Lisa Weiser, a native of southeastern Wisconsin, received
her undergraduate degree in zoology in 1998 from the
University of Wisconsin-Madison. She then moved to Orlando,
Florida to pursue an internship at Disney's Animal Kingdom
that involved managing the diets of the animals.
Dr. Weiser moved back to Wisconsin after finishing her
internship to attend the University of Wisconsin School of
Veterinary Medicine in Madison. She received her doctorate of
veterinary medicine in 2003.
Dr. Weiser then moved back to southern Florida and finished
a 1 year internship at a specialty referral center in small
animal medicine, surgery & critical care. After her internship
was completed, she moved to southeastern Wisconsin to be
closer to her family and was employed at a small animal
practice in Elkhorn for two years. She joined our associates at
Shorewood Animal Hospital in February of 2007. Her
interests include internal medicine, cardiology & critical care.
Dr. Weiser resides in the Milwaukee area with her two dogs
and two cats. Away from the office she enjoys partaking in
triathalons and spending time with her family and friends.
